Meet Dr. Foto

Sheila has a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from Louisiana State University. She is well-versed in helping patients feel comfortable and achieve a healthy smile, which is the most rewarding aspect of her job. Sheila emphasizes prevention, as it’s “the key to good health.” She joined Randall L. Foto, DDS because it offers quality dentistry, friendly staff, and takes an honest approach to care.

Sheila has two kids, Jerry and Chad. Away from the practice, she likes to travel, spend time outdoors … and cheer on the Cubs! She grew up in Illinois but has lived in Mandeville since 2006.

Anna has been a valued member of our team for more than a decade. She has a certificate in expanded duty dental assisting, which allows her to complete advanced tasks. Anna is very efficient and does everything she can to provide high-quality care and make patients feel comfortable. She tells them, “floss the teeth you want to keep.” She considers herself fortunate to work with a doctor who treats his patients like family – she’s in for the long haul!

Anna is married to Patrick. Together, they’re parents to Abigail and James. She’s also mom to a dog and a cat. In her free time, she savors travel and time with friends. The beach is her happy place! Anna grew up in Metairie, LA and relocated to our community in 2010. She never thought … she’d still be in love with dentistry after 15 years – but she is and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

Celeste has been in the dental industry for 33 years! We're thrilled that she is the first person that our patients see when they arrive! She will help explain your dental plan coverage while doing her best to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time.

Celeste & her husband, Bryan, just celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary! They are the proud parents of Christie and Ashley. Celeste has 3 precious grandchildren, Jaxon, Ryleigh and Callie.

In their spare time, Celeste & Bryan enjoy the outdoors, but time spent with their 3 grandchildren is their favorite! 

Monique is our marketing/social media administrator. She and Dr. Foto met while attending Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond. She received a BA in English and a minor in Communications from SLU. Monique and Randy married in 1991 and are proud parents of three grown children, Brandon, Amanda and Ashley. Monique's Happy Place is Walt Disney World and she loves movies, music and travel! She enjoys the relationships she's made with our patients and other members of the dental community.

 Elaina is a certified Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. Elaina has enjoyed helping people achieve a healthy and confident smile for the last 9 years. She recently moved from the south shore where she was born and raised. She loves being with her family and friends, spending time outdoors, on the water or sitting around a campfire. She is excited about her upcoming wedding to her fiancé Matt in March of 2024! Elaina is very excited to share this new chapter of her life with our patients and we’re thrilled to have her on our team!
